Welcome my friend,
I decided to name this blog title as "Confluence" because 'etymologically' confluence is state or place where two rivers joins and from there thier journey start by sharing, floating,hueing , and pouring.At last resting in eternal sea by forming and leaving 'Delta of thoughts' . I am a civil services aspirant like you , prepring for optionals 'Anthropology' and 'Public administration' . most of my surffing time goes to browse for these subjects and i will post some important articles which are difficult to find in printed mode.
